Job summary

Black Label Services is seeking a Calibration / Measurement Technician to perform accurate calibration and measurement services in field environments. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with travel within a 100‑mile radius and possible overtime.

The position involves extensive outdoor work, PPE usage, and communication with customers and operators.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field calibration and measurement experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred/required.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) qualification.
• NGC gas-sampling certification.
• Vendor-specific calibration credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and measurement services per procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of calibrations, services, hours, parts and paperwork.
• Manage schedules to ensure timely calibrations and services.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, customers, and operators.
• Explain calibration procedures and requirements at customer locations.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
