Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of construction.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history for at least three years.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers for communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of building sites for compliance with plans.
• Inspect structural framing, foundations, roofing, and more.
• Document findings in detailed inspection reports.
