Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses in Monroe, Louisiana. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems while delivering top‑notch service.

You will handle ladder work, gear up to 60 lbs, and may need to work evenings, weekends, overtime or on holidays. Training and growth paths are provided to build a long-term career with AT&T.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment.
