Job summary

Phusion Projects in Chicago seeks a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive new distribution, and increase brand visibility for Phusion brands. The role requires weekly travel within the territory and 3-4 days per month for market-wide drives.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, and proficiency with technology is expected. This is a hybrid position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years related experience.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and accounts.
• Collaborate with distributor sales reps to focus on the Phusion portfolio at accounts.
• Leverage selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
• Partner with internal Phusion teams (ASM, RM and KAMs) to ensure alignment and execution at accounts.
• Fiscally responsible for maintaining your assigned budgets.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market, including in-store programming, and out-of-store permanent POS.
• Build relationships with both distributors and retailers to ensure sales goals are met.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads for our products.
• Educate external partners on product updates, changes and launches.
• Act as the face of the company at all times, while working with external partners.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned by management.
