Responsibilities

• Maintains tools and equipment to ensure effective response to mechanical or technical problem assessments to determine what components should be replaced.
• Target equipment issues and repair services in customer outlets.
• Provides technical advice for customers, business partners and company associates to teach, provide expertise or validate equipment or processes from a technician’s perspective.
• Other duties as assigned.
