Job summary

Circle K is seeking a service-oriented individual to support beverage equipment in store locations. You will assist with daily production, safety, and quality standards, follow guidelines, and manage work orders via email.

Travel to stores and occasional out-of-town trips may be required. You will use basic diagnostic tools and a multimeter to troubleshoot, document work, and train others as needed while maintaining the service vehicle and inventory to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment preferred.
• Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
• Possess valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver.
• Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
• Ability to work alone.

Responsibilities

• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations.
• Receives and completes work orders via email.
• Attends scheduled training and safety classes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Promotes a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.
• Follows state, federal and company guidelines.
• Uses a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment with service manuals.
• Completes all assigned work and related paperwork.
• Follows in-house ticketing/work tracking procedures.
• Communicates professionally with customers at all levels and provides excellent customer service.
• Provides equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery.
• Maintains service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
