Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Registered Nurse – Compliance Partner to join our Compliance Department. This full-time role involves performing clinical compliance audits, reviewing medical records, and conducting internal investigations under guidance, with travel to facilities.

Candidates must hold an RN license and have 1–2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing. Travel about 70% within California and nearby states; strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with 1–2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Clinical compliance audits and investigations experience are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field facilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training on clinical compliance topics.
• Perform clinical systems compliance audits.
• Review medical records for compliance or quality issues and help develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal investigations under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Travel approximately 70% within California and nearby states.
