Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to operate in the New Jersey/Eastern PA region. You will engage TLs and HCPs in scientific exchanges, ensure safe and appropriate use of medicines, and support medical plans across therapeutic areas.

The role emphasizes building peer-to-peer relationships, staying current with trial data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive medical education and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD/APP/PA/NP with experience in a disease area or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment.
• Prior MSL experience.
• Ability to drive a company-provided car and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers within the geography.
• Present scientific data to TLs/HCPs and respond to questions with medical accuracy.
• Support clinical trials and investigator-sponsored research; facilitate patient recruitment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR) to support medical plans.
