Job summary

Axis Energy Services seeks a Reverse Unit Supervisor to oversee reverse unit and downhole tool services on oilfield sites. The role includes supervising operations from assessment to completion, coordinating tool delivery, and identifying corrective actions based on well conditions.

Applicants should have 2+ years of pump down and reverse unit experience, working knowledge of workover rigs, and the ability to travel up to half the time. CDL is a plus and strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of pump down, reverse unit operation experience in oilfield services.
• Working knowledge of workover rigs and downhole operations.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus.
• Must read, write and speak English; basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screens and be able to travel 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reverse unit and downhole operations from assessment to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and tools to the job site.
• Assess well conditions and identify corrective actions.
• Plan and communicate with customers about procedures and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and work tickets per requirements.
• Support business development for downhole services with the sales team.
