SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support Retail Operations for our national retail clients. This field-based role involves leading a small team of merchandisers to execute planograms, resets, fixture installations, and strategic product placements that enhance store layouts and drive sales.

You will schedule and delegate tasks, ensure merchandising accuracy, maintain signage and pricing, and communicate progress with store leadership and SAS regional leaders,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate a small team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
