Amplity Health is seeking an Ultra-Rare Disease Clinical Educator to educate HCPs, patients and caregivers on rare disease states across a multi-state Northwest territory. The role requires substantial travel (65%+), strong clinical acumen, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve genetic testing issues and support patient programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college.
• Advanced scientific training or credentials in life sciences preferred (e.g., RN, NP).
• Knowledge of genetic testing milieu is desirable.
• Ability to travel 65%+ and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs, patients, and caregivers on ultra-rare disease states.
• Resolve genetic testing issues with offices with the account team.
• Lead disease state webinars and patient advocacy activities.
• Travel across multi-state Northwest territory (AK, OR, WA, CA, UT, ID, MT, NV, AZ).
• Support Patient Portal outreach and enrollment in patient programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive patient support and education initiatives.
