Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease/product training exams and be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is essential; valid driver's license required.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Deliver messages clearly, probe customer needs, handle objections, and close with a call to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal/external partners.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Apply pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge and ensure compliance with Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations.
