Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange and education around our oncology and genomic testing products. The MSL will build and maintain relationships with academic and community physicians, KOLs, and internal teams, presenting data in person or virtually and supporting field-based clinics and conferences.

The role requires 5+ years of MSL experience, a strong background in oncology/NGS/MRD, and the ability to train healthcare providers and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required.
• 5+ years of MSL experience.
• Understanding of oncology, biomarkers, guidelines and molecular testing.
• Laboratory NGS/MRD workflow knowledge.
• Ability to communicate/present on scientific topics and concepts.
• Ability to educate and train healthcare providers and internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with academic and community physicians, KOLs, research leaders and other healthcare providers.
• Educate physicians on NeoGenomics’ assay offerings and relevant data in person or via virtual presentations.
• Develop client engagement through conferences, webinars, and site visits including regional travel.
• Provide updates on new publications, market intelligence, and scientific knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, marketing, and client services.
