Dynamic Landscaping in Syracuse, IN seeks a Landscape Fertilization Division Lead to own a service division, supervise crews, and mentor technicians in a fast-paced field environment. Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, fertilization, property maintenance or related green-industry work.
• Ability to coach employees and hold teams accountable.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication with customers, crew and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field employees within an assigned division.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and technical guidance to crew members.
• Train employees on procedures, safety, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot field, equipment, service, or customer issues.
• Serve as a link between field crews and the Production Manager.
• Review and approve timesheets and required documentation.
• Use company software to document work and track information.
• Coordinate materials and resources for the division.
• Monitor quality and productivity; hold team accountable.
• Communicate professionally with customers about questions or concerns.
