Job summary

AutoTech Solutions LLC is recruiting for an Installation Superintendent and Project Coordinator to lead paint booth and automotive equipment installations at customer sites in Novi, MI. The role combines hands-on field work with project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop installation scopes, coordinate crews, review specifications, and drive safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years managing commercial construction or equipment installation projects.
• Experience estimating installation projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and installation specs.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer site visits to evaluate installation requirements.
• Develop installation scopes, labor, and material estimates.
• Coordinate subcontractors and installation crews to stay on schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout projects.
• Document project changes and manage change orders.
• Close out projects with punch lists and final walkthroughs.
