Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Access to reliable high-speed internet at home
• Valid US driver’s license and transportation for travel up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Complete face-to-face assessments in members’ homes
• Travel up to 75% of the time (up to 100 miles from location)
• Meet documentation and turnaround times per state requirements
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills
• Create, edit, save, and send documents, spreadsheets and emails
• Reside within commutable distance of duties
• Work on Service Plans
