Job summary

Navian Hawaii seeks a proactive Business Development Liaison to drive referral growth and expand awareness of hospice and palliative care services across Oahu. You will generate new referrals through field-based outreach, establish partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities, and promote Navian Hawaii’s services in the community.

The role requires building relationships, meeting targets, and coordinating with admissions and clinical ops to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1 year of sales, business development, marketing, or healthcare relationship management.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or related healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and prioritize an account list to strengthen referral partnerships.
• Maintain a visible presence in the healthcare community and with referral sources.
• Execute outreach activities including in-person visits, networking, and presentations.
• Identify new referral sources and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote Navian Hawaii services to drive referral growth.
• Meet or exceed performance targets set by leadership.
