Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure in WA.
• If licensure not required, 350 clock hours of supervised practicum and 9 months of supervised SLP services after degree.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and assesses home environment as appropriate.
• Develops and manages individualized plan of care with patient and caregiver(s).
• Provides services ordered by physician per plan of care and educates patient/caregivers.
