Job summary

Philips is seeking a Customer Project Manager to drive multiple end-to-end patient monitoring and IT implementations. You will lead cross-functional clinical and technical teams to ensure seamless, SOW-driven outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external teams, building detailed project plans, and managing risk, change, and stakeholders. The role requires 2+ years in IT project management and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience (healthcare environment preferred).
• 4+ years of experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and other PM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical field, computer science, information technology, project management, or 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross-functional internal and external teams in partnership with hospital project managers.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using Philips methodology and tools.
• Create and maintain work breakdown structures defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead risk, change, communication, stakeholder, and resource management to ensure alignment.
