• Build and maintain a referral network; track contacts in CRM.
• Staff outreach booths at health fairs and community events.
• Coordinate outreach events across multiple Revival sites.
• Provide leads to recruitment team within 24/48 hours.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of participant information.
