Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales, healthcare, clinical setting or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
• Experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with intravascular imaging, coronary atherectomy and interventional technologies
• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex clinical and product information

Responsibilities

• Support regional clinical, sales and service strategies to improve customer experience and drive product adoption
• Provide case coverage, product support, basic troubleshooting and customer education within assigned accounts
• Offer procedural support during coronary interventions and assist physicians with product use
• Educate physicians, nurses and staff on safe and effective use through presentations and hands-on support
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and cath-lab personnel
• Support product launches and specialty technologies through education and training
• Respond to questions and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions
• Manage consignment inventory activities including tracking, audits, returns and expired product handling
• Ensure timely procedural documentation and clinical reporting
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain residence within territory and travel as required
