Job summary

The Arc of Central Alabama seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver behavior-analytic services under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will document behavior and psychiatric symptoms, engage in supervision, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 4-year College Degree in a human service field.
• At least one year of experience working directly with intellectually disabled people.
• Willingness to travel to group homes and facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior-analytic services under supervision of BCBAs.
• Engage with BCBAs during supervision sessions.
• Assist with graphing and documenting behavior and psychiatric symptoms.
• Participate in department meetings, journal clubs, grand rounds, and professional development activities.
• Travel to group homes and other facilities as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
