Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of Omaha is seeking a Business Developer to grow strategic referral partnerships across the Omaha market. This full-time role emphasizes relationship-building, face-to-face networking, and turning trust into revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred.
• Strong networking and in-person relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate qualified opportunities and manage referral relationships.
• Comfortable with CRM tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory of referral partners; conduct daily in-person marketing routes and follow-ups.
• Represent United Water Restoration at trade shows, community events and industry functions; log all activity, contacts and leads in the CRM.
• Support brand awareness through light social media content and partner engagement; participate in marketing meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Maintain consistent CRM documentation and meet minimum activity KPIs (marketing routes, events, social touches).
• This role is activity-driven and results-measured.
