Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to drive adoption of PAD and LimFlow therapies in a field-based role. You will collaborate with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, and hospital leadership to identify growth opportunities, build cross-functional alignment, and deliver value through education and program-building initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring BS or 6+ years sales in peripheral vascular devices, strong presentation skills, and a track record of leading teams and educating

Qualifications

• BS degree or related field required or 6+ years sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI.
• Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders including physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow franchise value.
• Execute coordinated strategies with field teams using shared targets and messaging.
• Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide valuable product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a clinical voice for innovation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and training events.
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and programs.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.
• Develop and disseminate insights during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
