Job summary

GROWMARK FS LLC in Coplay, PA offers an Exploring Agriculture Agronomy Operations Intern role under location management to learn the foundations of agronomy operations and support field activities.

This hands-on internship covers equipment maintenance, crop scouting, relationships with FS locations and customers, and experience with inventory control and safety procedures. A CDL and commercial applicator’s license with endorsements are required; lifting up to 70 pounds and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification from a college or university.
• Must obtain CDL and commercial applicator’s license with endorsements.
• Must have valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Able to travel independently and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment for scouting.
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Visit FS locations and customers to build professional relationships.
• Gain experience with ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
