Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks a skilled A&P Field-Based Helicopter Maintenance Technician (EC135/EC145) in Orlando, Florida at the Advent Health Program. The role requires maintaining aircraft to airworthy standards and coordinating with the Lead AMT, pilots, and clinical crew to ensure timely maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P certificate with turbine rotorcraft experience; IA/FAR 135 experience is a plus. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Must hold FAA A&P certificate with turbine rotorcraft experience.
  • IA or FAR 135 experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of three years in turbine rotorcraft or airplane maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain aircraft in safe, airworthy condition per regulations and manuals.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with Lead AMT and pilots.
  • Inspect, modify, and repair airframes, rotors, engines, and components.
  • Ensure documents and MAI data are current and properly filed.
  • Maintain field base equipment and inventory tracking.
