Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks a skilled A&P Field Based Helicopter Maintenance Technician (EC145) to support the Allegheny Life Flight program in Clarion, PA. You will perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of rotorcraft in compliance with FARs and Metro policies, ensuring airworthiness.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate and at least three years of turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience, with on-call schedules and potential overtime. Sign-on and retention bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance/repair.
• Good understanding of FARs and airworthiness standards.
• Effective oral and written communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair of rotorcraft per MAI/GM data and FARs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Lead AMT and pilots.
• Maintain accurate logging of all maintenance actions in aircraft logs and work orders.
• Manage field base equipment and inventory, including GSE and parts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
