Job summary

KR Wolfe in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Audio-Video Integration Technician to pull and terminate cables, install equipment, read wiring diagrams, and program proprietary AV systems for our clients. You will dress racks, install cameras, manage video routers and switches, troubleshoot equipment, and document daily reports and project status while collaborating with teammates to deliver exemplary service.

Candidates should have at least two years of AV integration experience and a high school

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical trade training or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in audio-video integration.

Responsibilities

• Pull, label, dress, cut and terminate cables.
• Install, connect and manage video routers and switches.
• Install cameras and display equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and room flow plans.
• Identify cable types (HDMI, SDI, CATx, fiber).
• Program various equipment and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Maintain project reports, photos, timecards and status updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service.
