The Field Auto Appraiser role at Allstate Foundation is a field-based position serving customers at their location, repair shops, or tow yards. You will write estimates, guide customers through repairs or total-loss processes, and collaborate with shops using CCC and Mitchell estimating tools.
The position requires 3–5 years of auto collision estimating, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel. Training will be provided.

Based on our Company Car Guidelines, this role may qualify for a company car. Our leadership team determines this based on annual work mileage for this location. You may be required to use your personal vehicle until these guidelines are met. We offer mileage reimbursements for personal vehicle usage during work.
The first approximately eight weeks of employment are dedicated to onboarding, licensing (if applicable), and role‑specific training designed to prepare you for success in the role. Successful candidates must be able to attend required training sessions, actively participate in virtual learning activities, and successfully complete the training program.
Compensation offered for this role is 60,000.00 - 117,700.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
