Job summary

PURE HomeRiver Property Management is seeking a Field Assessor to travel between properties, conduct on-site assessments, deploy lockboxes, and verify conditions for vacancies. You will follow a defined process and document findings with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and the ability to support property operations across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Property Management, Field Operations, or Residential Maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is advantageous.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including rekeys and lock changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform move in and move outs.
• Place digital lock boxes on properties for marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with utility providers to fill out applications, submit deposits, and provide meter numbers.
• Perform rent ready evaluations to determine if repair items are needed prior to moving in.
• Evaluate the quality of work performed by third party contractors.

Pay: $22 - $23/hr

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

FLSA: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Property Management, Field Operations, or Residential Maintenance
• Working knowledge of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including rekeys and lock changes
• Experience interacting with municipalities, housing authorities, or court systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
