The role includes leading fieldwork, lab tasks, and report preparation with opportunities for advancement while maintaining a competitive benefits package. Applicants should have MA/MHP/MS in archaeology or related fields and 2–4 years of project management experience in archaeology, with strong communication and safety

Qualifications

• MA/MHP/MS in archaeology, anthropology, history, or historic preservation.
• Two to four years of experience managing archaeological field projects.
• Strong writing skills for technical reports and publications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day projects from proposal through curation; primary contact for clients and agencies.
• Lead field, lab, and reporting efforts as Principal Investigator.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules.
• Supervise work of others and ensure health and safety.
