Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or closely related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Two+ years of archaeology experience across survey, data recovery, site testing, monitoring, and reports.
• Substantial knowledge of southern California archaeology and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of historic and prehistoric archaeological sites.
• Manage coordination of projects and oversee artifact collection.
• Curation and interpretation of artifacts and samples; support testing and reporting.
• Develop and draft technical reports for MBMI entities.
• Collaborate with MBMI and partners to meet project objectives.
