Job summary

Southern National Roofing is urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This full-time W-2 role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses, with first-year earnings of $40,000–$70,000.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail backgrounds and are comfortable with face-to-face interactions, daily outdoor work, and a Monday–Saturday schedule. Paid training included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.
• Able to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Explain our free inspection service.
• Schedule appointments for inspections.
• Stay active and work outdoors.
