Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a field operations technician to apply agricultural products using spray and spreading equipment as directed. You will perform duties safely and in line with company policy, contributing to successful field results.

The role requires the ability to handle 50–100 pounds and may require overtime including weekends. CDL with hazmat endorsement is preferred or obtainable, with a high school diploma or GED as a baseline qualification.

Qualifications

• Custom application experience is helpful.
• Must have the strength and agility to maneuver 50–100 pounds.
• CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement is preferred or obtainable.
• High school diploma or GED is helpful.
• Overtime, including weekends, is available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during field application of agricultural products.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
