Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Applicator to apply label-approved herbicides and pesticides to crops. You will operate and maintain applicator equipment, log application data, and support safety and efficiency in field operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with large equipment, and the ability to read field maps. English literacy is required; Spanish is a plus. Overtime and weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating large equipment required.
• Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of ag pesticides.
• Ability to read field maps and use tractor-mounted field computers.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime and some weekend hours.
• English read/write/speak required; Spanish is a valuable skill.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mixes pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals for application.
• Maintains logs and reports on applied acres.
• Performs maintenance and calibration on application equipment.
• Drives a company vehicle as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attends applicator equipment workshops and safety trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the leader.
