Delta Electronics Americas seeks a technically adept Lead Engineer for DC/DC converter applications in Plano, TX. You will translate customer requirements into power electronics solutions, partner with sales, product and engineering teams, and drive design-ins for data center and industrial applications.

You will engage with OEM/ODM customers, provide training, and coordinate with HQ and manufacturing to track progress. Travel up to 20% is required, and Mandarin proficiency is a preferred asset.

• Identify risks and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Strong background in DC/DC converters and power electronics
• Education & Experience:
• Experience in field applications, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Knowledge of data center hardware and power systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
