GROWMARK FS is seeking an Exploring Agriculture Agronomy Operations Intern in New York. Under location management, you will train to learn the agronomy foundation and prepare for a future career in the industry.

Responsibilities include hands-on field work, equipment maintenance, customer visits, and using scouting tools to monitor crops. The program emphasizes professional relationship building and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree or certification and in good academic standing at internship start.
• Must obtain CDL and commercial applicator license with endorsements and valid medical card.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate communication, customer focus, and decision making.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must travel independently and overnight when necessary.
• Frequently lift 51–70 pounds and work in extreme weather or at various heights.
• Willingness to participate in required training on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment for scouting.
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Visit FS locations and customers, building professional relationships.
