Home365 is seeking experienced Independent Contractors to join our nationwide TaskForce for field tasks including property inspections, maintenance verifications, occupancy checks and more.

This position does not require a real estate license but requires impeccable customer service, organizational skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage tasks end-to-end with independent execution.

Qualifications

• Established track record in a field-based role.
• Able to coordinate tasks with strong organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with a smartphone for field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance verifications, occupancy checks and more.
• Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task.
• Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion.
• Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation
• Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365.
• Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters.
• Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines.
