Job summary

PUSH, Inc is seeking an Aerial Lineman for local work in Cameron, WI to build and maintain aerial and underground telecom and power facilities. You’ll plan projects, interact with customers and officials, and ensure OSHA compliance while following safety standards.

The position requires outdoor work in all weather, the ability to read and follow instructions, and willingness to learn. CDL preferred; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Aerial Groundman preferred.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.
• Thorough knowledge of electricity, pole-line materials, and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with aerial safety codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects.
• Interact with customers, utility owners and governmental officials.
• Establish OSHA and safety compliance.
• Assist in constructing aerial and underground services.
• Train and mentor Aerial Groundman.
• Tree trimming or route clearing.
• Use of specialized hand tools and equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment such as digger and bucket truck.
