Become part of team AIM, a growing team with an entrepreneurial spirit who has over the years evolved into a successful and multifaceted company with business divisions that include metal recycling, decommissioning and demolition, auto-parts sales and recycling, manufacturing of solder assemblies, construction waste recycling, and production of customized industrial and mining products.

It’s simple; we do it right. We AIM for excellence.
You will spend the majority of your time traveling throughout your territory, meeting with automotive businesses, recyclers, scrap yards, and industrial suppliers to develop relationships, identify purchasing opportunities, and grow AIM's supplier network. This is not a traditional office-based sales position. Success in this role requires a combination of business development, face-to-face relationship building, material inspection, and hands‑on field work.
