The Field Access Manager (FAM) will play a critical role in the success of Medexus’s rare disease hematology oncology product, treosulfan. The FAM will focus on educating hospital Pharmacy Directors, BMT Pharmacists, finance, C-suite and other key stakeholders on the health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and value proposition of treosulfan. This role includes securing formulary and electronic medical record (EMR) access within targeted hospitals and integrated delivery networks (IDNs), as well as managing the pharmacy ordering and stocking process. The FAM will drive access initiatives, address reimbursement challenges, and ensure timely patient access to innovative therapies, acting as a key liaison and leader between the commercial team and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
