Field Access Leader — Payer & Patient Services

Job summary

EVERSANA is hiring a Field Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for designated accounts, educating HCP staff on access and payer processes while coordinating patient services across HUB and SP channels.

You will work with sales, market access, and patient services to optimize access, manage reauthorizations, and analyze payer landscapes to drive successful patient therapy access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access.
• 5+ years of experience in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization requirements.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Parts B & D.
• Knowledge of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and payer landscape.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to conduct impactful educational presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva systems.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff on access and payer approval.
• Offer educational resources for prior authorizations, appeals, and specialty pharmacy.
• Coordinate use of the patient service platform to support HUB or SP path.
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Strategic Accounts and more.
• Build and execute a strategic business plan for top accounts and implementations.
• Stay informed on payer landscape and formularies at national/ regional levels.
• Provide field insights to support patient services programs and resources.
• Address account and patient access issues with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
