Responsabilités

• Identify and organize wills and trust documents.
• Prepare U.S. federal and state fiduciary tax returns.
• Prepare estate tax returns (Form 706) as needed.
• Prepare fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041) as needed.
• Address IRS notices and resolve issues.
• Track deadlines for filings.
• Maintain client investment records and tracking systems.
