Qualifications

• 3+ years in fiduciary support or related client service experience in banking/investment/financial planning.
• Understanding of trust/estate operating systems and bank policy knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support coordinated delivery of personal trust administration for affluent clients.
• Provide client support to Trust Advisors.
• Coordinate with Wealth team members to provide high-level client service.
• Facilitate day-to-day client transactions (deposits, distributions, payments, transfers, etc.).
• Enter and maintain client records and documentation.
• Monitor client transactions and data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Use trust systems to process transactions, monitor accounts, and create reports.
• Respond to client requests for information within authority.
• Support sales and retention through appointments, follow-up calls, and meeting prep.
• Participate in onboarding and training new teammates.
• Advocate for Wealth clients with other business units and contribute to a cooperative team environment.
