Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Fiduciary Practice Manager to oversee the fiduciary businesses and lead the centralized administrative review team. This senior role will drive governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across fiduciary accounts, collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Business partners within the Chief Fiduciary Office.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of fiduciary experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years fiduciary experience (administration, law practice, fiduciary advice) and management experience
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of fiduciary professionals responsible for administrative account reviews (initial and periodic).
• Expand the framework for centralized fiduciary account reviews and partner with Risk/Compliance to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Business, Legal and Risk colleagues to implement changes in response to risks and regulatory updates.
• Serve on fiduciary governance committees and drive effective oversight of fiduciary activities.
