BPM fiduciary accounting practice seeks a Manager to lead engagements for trusts, estates, and guardianships, delivering accurate accounting, reporting, and fiduciary-compliant services. You will mentor staff, collaborate with trustees, wealth advisors, and attorneys, and drive process improvements across the firm.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth families and fiduciary entities across the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of fiduciary accounting, trust administration, estate administration, or related experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead fiduciary accounting engagements for trusts, estates, conservatorships, and guardianships, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client service.
• Review fiduciary accountings, trustee reports, and supporting schedules for accuracy, quality, and compliance with fiduciary and court requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, family offices, and other professional advisors, resolving complex accounting and administration matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members across the U.S. and India, providing ongoing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Manage engagement budgets, staffing, workflow, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence by developing processes, training programs, and best practices that enhance efficiency and consistency across the practice.
• Support the growth of BPM's Fiduciary Accounting Services practice through relationship building, business development activities, and identifying opportunities to expand services for existing clients.
