Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds for production and set up work area.
  • Apply fiberglass mat, resin, and other composites.
  • Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass products.
  • Repair imperfections and perform touch-up work.
  • Inspect products for quality before moving to next stage.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work with teammates to meet production schedules while maintaining quality.

No fiberglass experience? That’s okay. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare molds for production
  • Apply fiberglass mat, resin, and other composite materials
  • Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass products
  • Repair imperfections and perform touch-up work
  • Inspect products for quality before they move to the next production stage
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with teammates to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
