Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Laminator in Rockingham, NC. You will apply resin and materials using a hand roller, ensure proper saturation, and remove air pockets to achieve full adhesion on pool surfaces.

The role requires attention, coordination, and the ability to work quickly with continuously applied materials, plus following SDS, SOPs, and safety protocols. Training others may be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders, SOPs, and safety documentation.
• Flexibility to accommodate production schedule changes, overtime, and shifting priorities as required by manufacturing demands.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods throughout the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Roll fiberglass and resin composite materials to required specifications and quality standards.
• Use MIL gauge to verify material thickness and ensure production requirements.
• Trim pool copings and excess materials to specified dimensions.
• Gather and stage materials for shell production.
• Inspect and prepare parts before layup for quality surfaces.
