• Apply fiberglass coatings to components using brush or spray techniques to achieve desired thickness and finish.
• Monitor the curing process and environmental conditions to ensure optimal coating quality.
• Perform quality control inspections on finished products to identify defects or areas for improvement.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in the coating process to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements
