Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Lineman to install and repair fiber and telecom cables, ensuring safe, reliable service for customers. The role involves climbing, tool use, and on-call storm response across assigned field areas.

Applicants should have at least three years of lineman experience, a high school diploma or GED, and authorization to work in the U.S. A CDL license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of lineman experience is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state CDL license and/or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials, promptly repair any issues to ensure efficient and reliable service.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Maintain safe work areas so that traffic flows smoothly while on the job.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
